The Mindful Path: A Journey Through ADHD with Meditation
This course is designed especially for the attention challenged adult, both beginners as well as those with experience will benefit. Learn how to focus better, be kinder to yourself and others, and recover from emotional storms quicker. I will help you find a meditation practice that works for you.
The Awareness Path: Awareness is Your Super- Power
This course is a follow-on course to The Mindful Path. We discover in that class that awareness is actually a super power for those with ADHD. This class focuses more on awareness practices and keeps front and center how to fold these practices into your everyday life. Dates to be announced.
