Everything we experience is flavored by how we perceive it. Meditation is the path to help us see our experiences more clearly and to reduce the suffering that comes along with negative thought patterns.

Mindfulness meditation has been my practice for over three decades now. It has created a whole new enjoyable way of life for me. I teach mindfulness to those interested in dealing with addiction and ADHD, and those that seek a way out of mental suffering and into a happier and more fulfilling life.
